The culmination of a building project is an exciting time. Bowman Constructors’ strong team is dedicated to the final close-out. Our Close-out Project Coordinator, Kathy York, is continually updating the warranty manuals, operational manuals, and processing individual owners close-out requirements.
All team members begin communicating the close-out information in the weeks before its occurrence. There is an understanding that the owners are anxious to get into their new building, whether it is a tenant moving into a new apartment in one of our affordable housing projects or a business operator who needs to shift clients or merchandise to their new location. We have an excellent record for turn-over on time.
We do our best to have a minimal punch list and make sure that everything is good to go. If a problem does arise, as they occasionally do, it is always our goal to promptly and efficiently take care of it.
Our Procore project management system has proven to be an invaluable asset for managing the critical parts of the close-out process.
Our valued accounting staff of Cathy Goodblood and Tonya Richardson process all remaining requisitions and final lien waivers to ensure a smooth final delivery.
Our Director of Marketing and Business Development, Becky Adams, is on hand to assist with ribbon cuttings, grand opening, photos, and social media promotion of your upgraded building.
