Bowman Constructors was able to update an 820 sq existing arcade and game room space into a full functioning credit union branch. All of this was completed within a five-week timeline during regular university hours with little disruption to student body.

The renovation included:

• Removal and replacement of all existing flooring, walls, ceiling, doors, and windows.
• Addition of new office space, conference room, and a kiosk that gave students 24-hour access.
• Custom woodworking to include cabinetry, counters, and a curved workstation to fit around an existing structural column.
• All the lighting was upgraded to energy efficient and cost-saving hardware.
