Bangor Federal CU wanted to expand their locations to service the West Side of Bangor. In doing so, a piece of property was purchased near the airport on former Dow Airforce Base land. This history of the land would be a starting point for the new build and design of the credit union branch.

Bowman Constructors worked with the owner and architect, to create a building that was state of the art and a nod to the airbase it once used to be. This ground up build took one year to complete, it stayed on budget and on time.
