OUR WORKERS
Our staff of superintendents and craft persons handle your earthwork, concrete work, steel erection, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, roofing, siding, and specialty installations. We know our crew and the job they’ll do for you.
OUR PLANNING
Through our planning process, we will act as the owner’s advocate, prepare commissioning documents, develop design concepts and peer reviewing plans, manage the bidding and subcontractor selection process, provide detailed budgets, and facilitate direct communication between client, architects, engineers, and contractors.
OUR CONSTRUCTION
We demand a high standard of care for quality construction. We are sought out as experts in design/build construction with owners and architects because of our understanding of pre-development, design, and construction phases.
1987
After 25 years of construction knowledge and firsthand experience passed on from father to sons, Bowman Bros Inc. became incorporated as a second generation construction company. Maine National Bank approved the formation of the corporation with Philip Bowman as President, Brian as Vice President, and Kevin as Treasurer and Secretary. Three office spaces were set up in the basement of Philip and Ethelyn’s home in St. Albans, and after 7 years, they moved to their present location in Newport.
