Project Scope: Renovations of Guilford Memorial Library with a 2,000sf addition.
The Guilford Memorial Library is located at the junction of Library and Water Streets; a small architecturally distinguished Renaissance Revival structure designed by Frank A. Patterson and built in 1908. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. Bowman Constructors provided the library with a seamless integration of new and old, maintaining its unique architectural integrity and offering the quality workmanship and attention to detail they are known for.
